Lucille Bail Jansen, 82, of Fairfax, Virginia passed away on October 10, 2012. Born in Massachusetts, she was the daughter of Placide and Adrian (Fortier) Bail. She was married to Melvin H. Jansen who passed away in 1986. Lucille worked in the Civil Service field for the United States Government.
