Obituary
Margaret Marion Allison Leonard, age 86, passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, August 31, 2011.
Margaret was born on February 21, 1925 in Marshall, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late William Allison and Georgia B. Furr Allison. She married Alfred Green Leonard on May 9, 1946 in Leesburg, Virginia.
Surviving are three sons, Alfred Leonard Jr. and his wifePat of Hamilton, Virginia, Phil Leonard and his wife Judy of Hamilton Virginia and Tony Leonard of Leesburg, Virginia, three grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret is also survived by her loving caregiver, Cathy Rawls. Her husband, Alfred Green Leonard Sr., and one son, Calvin Lee Leonard, preceded her in death.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Colonial Funeral Home, Leesburg, Virginia with Pastor Lewis Lee officiating. Interment to follow at Middleburg Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Loudoun Rescue Squad, Leesburg, Virginia.
