Marie Theresa (Terri) Martel Matich

On November 28, 2023 Terri Matich passed away peacefully in Berryville, VA with her sons by her side. Terri was born in Boston, Massachusetts on June 16 th ,1933 and was 90 years old when she passed away. She graduated from the school of Nursing at the Burbank Hospital in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. After graduating as an RN, she married Robert F. Matich, whom she remained married to for 33 years. She worked as an operating room nurse and in numerous other nursing roles. Later, she obtained her real estate agent and brokers license and enjoyed finding and sell homes for her clients. She kept very active in the communities that she lived in and loved giving to others. She will be greatly missed by all.

Terri is survived by her two sons Robert and Kenneth Matich, 5 grandchildren and 6 greatgrandchildren. The funeral service is on December 6, 2023 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg, 201 Edwards Ferry Rd., NE., Leesburg, VA  20176.

Terri will be interred at Fairfax Memorial Park at 1pm with a reception to follow.
