Obituary

Marion Cronin, beloved mother, was a long time resident of Glen Rock, New Jersey. Marion was born to Anna and James Cleary in Jersey City on November 13th, 1915. She married Kenneth Cronin in 1941, who became a highly decorated veteran in World War II. After the war, they traveled the world before settling in Glen Rock to raise their family. Following her husband's passing, Marion moved to Virginia where she lived with her family.

Marion is survived by her five children: Patricia Adams, Kenneth Cronin Jr., Madonna Clark, Shannon Allen, and Mark Cronin. Her daughter Elizabeth passed away in 2001. She adored her family, which includes 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends will gather to remember Marion on Friday, April 3rd from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg, VA.

Marion will join her husband, Major Kenneth Cronin Ret., at Arlington National Cemetery. A service is scheduled for 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Fort Myer Chapel in Arlington National Cemetery.
