MANN, Marion, age 102, of Leesburg passed away in her sleep at the Capital Caring Health Adler Center in Aldie, Virginia on November 29, 2019.  Mrs. Mann was born on July 9, 1917 in Pontiac, Michigan, the second of four children of Edward and Lillian Anderson.  Marion graduated from Pontiac High School in 1936 and attended Cleary Business College in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Marion married Donald K. Mann in 1939.  They moved to Chevy Chase, Maryland in 1947 where they raised their two sons In 1964, they relocated to the Bolton Hill in Baltimore, Maryland then in 1967 moved to Charlottesville, Virginia where they owned a Volkswagen dealership. During this period, they also enjoyed travelling in Europe and Britain. In 1978 they retired to San Diego, California.  In 2007 her husband passed away after 68 years of marriage.

Since 20108, until her passing, she has resided at Spring Arbor of Leesburg.

She is survived by two sons, Douglas of Arden, North Carolina, and David of Leesburg, Virginia.  Also surviving are four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Private interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery where she will be placed with her husband of 68 years.
