Mary Ann O'Neill

August 23, 1942 – March 17, 2022

Mary Ann O'Neill, 79, of Leesburg, Virginia, passed peacefully on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg. She was born August 23, 1942, in Nanticoke, PA, to the late Dominick and Lottie (Litchkowski) Maciejczyk.

Mary Ann was a graduate of St. Vincent's High School, Plymouth, PA, class of 1960. She retired with over 25 years of service to Navy Federal Credit Union, Vienna, Virginia.

Mary Ann is survived by her children Jim O'Neill (Karissa) and their daughter, Haleigh, of Corpus Christi, TX; Michele Steinbach (Tom) and their children, Zachary, Hannah, Holden, and Claire, of Apex, NC; and Colleen O'Neill and her son, Brett, of Leesburg, VA and Kalamazoo, MI; her brother Joe Maciejczyk (Kathy) of Edwardsville, PA; her sister-in-law Carol Maciejczyk of Mechanicsburg, PA; and many aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She will be remembered fondly as a kind and giving woman by all her friends and neighbors.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 28, 2022 at 11:00 am at St. Theresa Catholic Church, Ashburn, VA, with visitation held from 10:30 to 11:00 at the church. The burial service will be private.
