Mary Elizabeth Fox, 86, passed away on March 23 at Sunrise of Leesburg. Mrs. Fox was born in Charlottesville, Virginia to the late W. George and Anne P. Bledsoe. Her husband, John Andrew Fox and daughter Jane Fox-Barke preceded her in death along with sisters Geneva Sours and Rebecca Stanford.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Jon Miller of Leesburg, son-in-law, Al Barke of Alexandria, a brother C. Warren Bledsoe of Locust Grove, Virginia and sister Barbara Butterworth of Prince William County. Also survived by grandsons, Michael, David and Matthew Miller and six great-grandchildren all of Loudoun County.

A private graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday March 25, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria, Virginia. Memorial gifts may be sent to Evercare Hospice & Palliative Care, 21515 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 330, Sterling, Virginia 20166
