Mary Patricia Gavigan or Trisha, as many knew her, born on March, 13, 1963 in Ballyshannon, County Donegal Ireland, passed away suddenly on November 27 ^th , 2021. Preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Marie White, and brother Joe. She is survived by her husband Brendan, daughter Megan, daughter in law Morgan, daughter Amber, Sister's Teresa, Dolores, Celine, Anne, Kathleen, Eileen, Brother's Patrick, Jimmy, Michael, Paul, Sean and countless nieces and nephews. The pleasure of knowing Trisha, was you never knew who you were going to meet next with her for everyone was family.  Megan and Amber were not her only children, for any "wee cub" she met, she took under her wings and guided them through their journeys, as though they were her own. Even after late nights, she was often the first one up in the morning, cooking breakfast and making coffee, ensuring everyone had what they needed before she ever sat down. She was born with the gift of the gab, which she lovingly passed on to her daughter, Megan. She often called her siblings, daughters, nieces, nephews, and friends just for a chat to see how they were doing and fill them in on everyone else. She always spoke her mind, whether it was asked or not.  Sometimes hearing the truth is tough, but with Trisha, her motherly way made it all the better.  Sometimes you had to figure out for yourself whether it was a fact or a Trisha "ism".

Trisha loved to travel and visit family all around the world, from Ireland to California to Georgia. She always made every house she walked into a home, making sure that all of her "wee loves" were taken care of. Words on a page will never be able to do her justice, but her memory will live on through the many people she brought together to create her own unique family, and the stories we all share together.

The family is holding a private viewing on Thursday, December 2, 2021 and we ask that everyone please give them some privacy during this time. A celebration of life ceremony will be held at a later date.
