Nicholas Michael Hudack, 21, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 in Arlington VA.

Nicholas was born in June 2001 to Michael and Margaret Hudack. He touched so many lives throughout his 21 years on this earth. He was a kind soul who would do anything for anyone without complaint or hesitation. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Tech in only 3 years with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering, he was an exceptionally brilliant thinker. Directly after graduation he began working at Alarm.com as a Software Engineer and thoroughly enjoyed both the work and social aspects of his abbreviated career. While Nicholas was very intelligent and a hard worker, he will be most remembered by loved ones for his compassion for others, care for the environment, and love of minimalism, watches, games, and music.

Nicholas was preceded in death by his grandfather, David Hudack. Nicholas will be forever remembered by his father and friend, Michael Hudack; mother, Margaret Hudack; Sisters, Julia and Katelyn; long-term girlfriend, Kyra; grandmother, Betty; grandparents, Lewis Jr and Aletha; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25 ^th at Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg. A Celebration of Life will be held at the funeral home at 12:00 p.m., directly after visitation.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention National Capital Area Chapter (AFSP NCAC) in Nicholas' honor. AFSP/NCAC can also be found at http://afsp.org. We hope any donations will help prevent others from experiencing a similar tragedy.
