Patricia E. McGuire, 88 passed away on June 25, 2008. At the time of her death, Mrs. McGuire was a resident of Sunrise of Countryside in Sterling, VA.
Mrs. McGuire was born October 18, 1919 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Paul H. Franklin and Elizabeth (McDonnell) Franklin.
Left behind to carry on her memories are her husband Russell McGuire of Hamilton, VA, son Diarmuid Russell McGuire of Ashland, OR, and daughters Shannon Maria McGuire Sollinger of Hamilton, VA and Sheila Anne McGuire of Woodstock, MD. Mrs. McGuire was predeceased by one sister and one brother.
Mrs. McGuire was a teacher and taught in the Shaler Township of PA for 5 years. She also acted as chairman of Alleghany Board of Health.
All services will be private.
