Obituary
Patsy deButts Carr, 85, of Leesburg, VA died Saturday, August 22, 2015 at the Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton, VA.
Born March 10, 1930 in Herndon, VA, she was the daughter of the late Lillian E. and Henry Grafton deButts.
She is survived by her daughter Diane Jones (Tommy Lee) of Warrenton, VA; granddaughter Beth Kearns (Clifford) of Culpeper, VA; grandson Jason Jones (Ingrid) of Norfolk, VA; great-grandson Hunter Kearns; great-granddaughters Ava and Olivia Jones; brothers John deButts (Pat) and Arthur deButts (Joyce), both of Winchester, VA and numerous nieces and nephews.
Patsy was preceded in death by her husband John C. "Buddy" Carr; son John C. Carr, Jr; sisters Rebbie deButts, Mary deButts, Frances Rome, Bessie Smith, Julia Money, Nancy Damewood and brothers Grafton, Jack, Dan, Richard, James and Robert.
Patsy was employed by C&P Telephone until her retirement. She enjoyed gardening, baking, spending time with her family & her special friends from the "Lunch Bunch".
A graveside service will be held Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 11:00 am in the Union Cemetery, Leesburg, VA. Arrangements by Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg, VA
