Paul Alan Wilkinson was born December 1, 1952 in Middletown, Connecticut to Evan "Bud" and Opal Wilkinson. He was the youngest child behind Donald, Robert, and his sister Ruth.

He grew up in Killingworth, CT & graduated from Morgan High School in Clinton, CT in 1972. Paul was known for his love of baseball and for his infectious and easy smile. He had a big heart & would help anyone that needed him. His hugs were legendary.

When Paul entered into Heaven on October 14 at the age of 64, he was greeted by his precious daughter Erin, his father Bud, and his grandparents. He left behind his wife Gretchen C. Wilkinson, two sons Evan J. Wilkinson and Eldon A. Wilkinson, and many friends & soul family members who are scattered around the country. His family, especially his boys were his world.

Paul's passion for music led him to collect countless vinyl album's which he listened to frequently. Another hobby that he enjoyed was collecting cookbooks and experimenting with international food recipes that he acquired during his work travels around the globe.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in on Clinton Town Beach in Clinton, CT during the first weekend of June 2018. His family and friends will remember his life with a clam bake and by spreading his ashes on the beach.
