Penelope Howe Long passed away on July 23, 2022, in Fairfax, VA with her children at her side.  "Penny," lived in Northern Virginia for over fifty years in Arlington, Springfield, Great Falls and most recently, Ashburn, VA.  Daughter of Daniel Robinson Howe III and Louise Harding.  Survived by brother Edmund Grant Howe; her two sons, Christopher Ross Long and Kevin Michael Long; and three grandchildren, Austyn, Alyssa, and Abigail.  Born in Hartford, CT before calling Sarasota, FL home, Penelope attended Emma Willard, and Wells College, before further attending the University of Virginia and Western Michigan University.  Penelope's career spanned many professions ranging from Biologist to Accounting Comptroller, to Computer Software.  No Services will be held.
