Richard Timothy Bolt, born 16 October 1950 in Washington D.C.; was the 2nd son and 5th child of 8 of Courtland and Mary C. Bolt. He is survived by his 3 sisters (Ruth, Helen, Linda) and 3 brothers (Don, Gary, Mark), one brother (Thomas) having predeceased him. Rick attended Centreville Elementary school and was a 1969 graduate of W.T. Woodson High School in Fairfax, Va. He was veteran of the United States Air Force having served time in Thailand during the Vietnam war. He worked many years for Dewberry and Davis, and was a long time resident of Leesburg.

A graveside service is scheduled for Thursday, October 25, 2012 starting at 11:00 a.m. at Culpeper National Cemetery.
