Richard Tracy Hill, (58 years old) of Middletown Virginia went to heaven to be reunited with his son Christopher Dwayne Hill on September 10, 2018. He was surrounded by family and the caring workers of Blue Ridge Hospice in Winchester, Virginia. Known to most as Tracy, he was born March 22, 1960 to parents Thomas Hamon Hill and Hattie Mae Osborne Hill, in Coeburn Virginia. Married to a loving and devoted wife, Donna Ann Reno Hill. Father of Christopher Hill who preceded him in death at age 11, Daniel Hill who is married to Amber Strosnider Hill and David Reno. He is Pap to Victoria 16, Nathaniel 11, Beau 6 and Jordan 2. Survived by his sisters: Judy and Don Stout and Phyllis Jean and Russ Shrewsberry; his brothers: Jack and Anita Hill, Art and Tina Hill, Bob and Linda Hill, Jeff and Teresa Hill Sisters-in-law: Diane & Chris Ryder & Sue Reno & brothers-in-law: Robbie & Sallie Reno, Walter & Lyn Reno & James Reno and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family will receive friends between the hours of 10:00 am and 12:00 pm on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 in the Chapel of the Colonial Funeral Home, 201 Edwards Ferry Road NE, Leesburg, Virginia 20176 where funeral services will immediately follow starting at 12:00 pm.  Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Leesburg, Virginia.
