Richard Alva Nye, 64, of Springfield, Va passed away on April 28, 2008. Born in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late Alva George Nye and Dorothy (Roudabush) Nye. He worked as a procurement analyst with the Federal Government. Mr. Nye served in the US Navy during the Viet Nam War.
