Rodney Earle Buckmaster passed away on August 30, 2013. He was 93 years old. Rodney was born in Redlands, California on October 29, 1919 to the late Earl and Edith Girard Buckmaster. He made his home with his wife, Joan, in Leesburg, Virginia. In his banking career he held the position of Vice President.
