Rodney Powell Morris passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2015. A resident of Washington, D.C. Rodney was 61 years old. Born in Michigan, he was the son of Powell and Oceil (Norman) Morris. Rodney proudly served his country while in the United States Navy.
