Russell William Landry, 94, from Lansdowne, VA passed away on May, 18, 2008. He was predeceased by his wife, Irene F. Landry.

Rus was a regular visitor at Johnson's House of Beef. He always had a smile for everyone he met.

Born in Michigan on February 14, 1914, he was the son of the late William E. and Lola (Wilcox) Landry.

He is survived by his children, daughter Lynn Smith of Middleway, WV and son Brock Landry of McLean, Va, four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Friends may visit with the family in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, May 22,2008 starting at 4:00 pm.

Inurnment at Arlington National Cemetery. Date of inurnment will be announced.
