Obituary
Ruth Lee Costello Loy, 86, of Lucketts, a lifelong resident of Loudoun County, VA passed away on July 28, 2013 at Heritage Hall.
She was born May 26, 1927 to the late Clayton E. Costello and Margaret Coffman Costello. She was preceded in death by her sister Esther Mae Thompson, 2 brothers, Clayton Costello, Jr. and Stuart E. Costello and her loving husband of 60 years Jesse Fenton Loy.
She is survived by her loving children, William Lee Loy, Margaret Rosa Loy and Barbara Ann Loy of Lucketts, VA and 3 aunts of Winchester and several nieces and nephews.
She was an avid reader, loved doing search a word puzzles and enjoyed flowers. She was a past member of Faith Chapel Presbyterian Church.
Visitation will be held at Colonial Funeral Home, 201 Edwards Ferry Rd NE Leesburg, VA 20176 on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2013 starting at 11:00 a.m. at Colonial Funeral Home with interment at Leesburg Union Cemetery.
Memorial Donations may be made to Furnace Mountain Presbyterian Church, 12946 James Monroe Highway, Leesburg, VA 20176 or to the Lucketts Volunteer Fire Company, 142367 Lucketts Road, Leesburg, VA 20176.
