Sarah Ann Carlisle, 79, of Winchester, VA passed away peacefully at Winchester Medical Center on Friday, September 19, 2025.
She was born and raised in Leesburg, VA.
She is survived by her two adult children, April Carlisle and Jason Carlisle, both of Winchester, VA.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday, October 1st, 2025 from 10-11 AM at Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg with a funeral service to begin at 11 AM. Burial will take place at Union Cemetery in Leesburg, VA.
