Shelia Mae Stevenson, 71, passed away in the company of her best friend Joe Anne Howard on Friday, December 13, 2013 within the Heritage Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility, Leesburg, Virginia. She retired from the CIA after suffering a major stroke at the young age of 49. She is preceded in death by her late husband, George Ernest Parsons, who lost his life to testicular cancer in 1962. Their surviving son, Ernest A Parsons, lives in England with his wife Karen. Shelia re-married Vincent S. Stevenson, and when they were together, they had four further children; Kenneth E, Barry D, Hugh R, and Sheri K. She has two grandchildren Kenneth E Junior and Tabitha. Being the youngest in her family, she is preceded in death by her elder brothers, Rev. Carl and Wilford Fox. Viewing's will be conducted. The dates and times to be announced. She will be buried in the Rest Lawn Memory Gardens in West Virginia.
