Steven Michael Brewster born in Fairfax, Virginia on May 24, 1978, passed away on June 2, 2025, at his home in Lovettsville, Virginia surrounded by family.

Steven grew up in Sterling, Virginia. A graduate of Park View High School in 1996. He continued his education studying business and finance, earning his Masters in Finance. His career path eventually led him to his home at the Loudoun County Sheriff's Department where he retired from in 2023.

Steven met the love of his life Cheryl Brewster in 1999 and soon after they began a family of their own. If he wasn't coaching a game, you could find him on the bleachers cheering on his kids at every turn. One thing is for certain, Steven would undoubtingly consider his children the best accomplishment of his life. He will always be remembered for the fierce love he had for his family.

He will be remembered for his amazing smile, quick wit and the joy he found in life's simple pleasures visiting local breweries and enjoying local artists. Steven was an avid fan of the Washington Commanders. He loved vacationing in the Outer Banks, college football, reading and old TV shows.

Steven leaves behind his devoted wife, Cheryl Brewster, daughter Tanisha Brewster, son Eric Brewster, mother Susan Brewster, and brother Kevin Brewster (Vanessa). He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, and cousins will also miss him immensely. Steven was preceded in death by his father, Darrell Brewster.

In lieu of a funeral service, a private Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held at the family's home on Saturday, June 21 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Steven will find his final resting place in his happy place in the Outer Banks, North Carolina.
