Tam Van Nguyen, 66, of Leesburg, Virginia, passed away on April 28, 2026. Born on May 7, 1959, in Sai Gon, Vietnam, Tam was known for his easygoing personality and his playful sense of humor. He loved to tease those around him just to bring a smile to their faces. Tam found his greatest joy in spending time with his family and singing karaoke.

Tam is survived by his devoted wife, Nguyet Anh Tran, and his children: Tinh Nguyen and his wife, Thuy Ho, and their son, Lam Nguyen; Anita Matke and her husband, David Matke; and Brian Nguyen.

He is further survived by five sisters and two brothers in Vietnam.
