Theresa Coscia D'Argenio was born on September 5, 1937, in Bronx, New York to Julius and Francis Coscia. Later with her husband Raymond and three children, Marialaina, Raymond, and Steven, Theresa moved to Port Jefferson, Long Island . Theresa was also a beloved Grandma to Melissa, Ray, and Erika. She is also survived by her son-in-law Richard Kraft, daughter-in-law Dolores D'Argenio, beloved sister Tomasina and brother-in-law Michael.
After her husbands' death in 1983, with her determination, Theresa would accomplish anything she set her mind to. She was viewed by many as a tough New Yorker with a "Heart of Gold" that did whatever it took to take care of her family. She then moved to Ashburn, Virginia in 2002 where she developed a strong relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Theresa was a member of the Christian Fellowship Church in Ashburn. She enjoyed spending quality time with her family and playing Canasta and Bridge with her close friends. Her family wrote: "Theresa was a one of a kind, tough and caring woman who was never afraid to speak what was on her mind. Despite having many obstacles thrown her way, she never complained and would often put the needs of her family and friends over her own, never questioning the Will of God along the way. Whether big or small Theresa made an impact on every person she met. She will truly be missed.
