On November 1, 2020, Tom went to meet Jesus Christ, our Lord, surrounded by loved ones in his home. His firm belief in God gave him strength in his lifetime and ultimately peace in his struggle with cancer.

Tom will be forever be remembered by his wife and best friend, Renee, his mother Geri, his brother Tim and all of his many friends and professional associates. His brother, Todd, and his beloved grandmother and grandfather pre-deceased him.

A native of Jarrettsville, Maryland, he attended the University of Baltimore, graduating with a degree in finance before earning his Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University. After many successful years as an IT executive working in the telecom industry Tom made a right turn in life and became a financial adviser with Merrill Lynch. He held many professional accreditations including Certified Private Wealth Advisor and Certified Financial Planner. Because his true passion was motivated by his love for Jesus, he cherished time with people and most importantly he deeply loved his wife of 21years. He loved to laugh, was a BIG personality with strength and a deep, deep love and care for others.

Those who knew and loved him will be forever changed by his life.

Out of concern for the health of those who wish to share in the celebration of his life, a memorial service will be held in the spring of 2021.

Memorial donations in memory of Tom may be made to the American Cancer Society.
