Obituary
Thomas Edward Swartz, Jr., 65, of Mountville, PA, passed away on February 21, 2011 in Berryville, VA.
Thomas was born on July 16, 1945 in Ellicott City, MD. He was the son of the late Thomas E. & Gladys Virginia (nee Shipley) Swartz.
He is survived by his wife, Debra of Mountville, PA; Daughters, Kimberly Ann Hunt (Jason) of Etna, Wyoming; Michele Marie Whetsell (Wayne) of Round Hill, VA;
a Son, Thomas Edward Swartz, III of Lancaster, PA. He has 1 Grandson and 3 Granddaughters. He is also survived by an ex-wife, Rose Swartz of Round Hill, VA.
He was predeceased by his parents and daughter Katrina Ann.
Thomas was an avid outdoorsmen that enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family.
He had many friends amongst the Lancaster County Amish Community.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 28th, from 6-8pm at the Colonial Funeral Home in Leesburg, VA.
Services will be held Tuesday, March 1st at 10:00am at Colonial Funeral Home with burial and graveside service to follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery in Ellicott City, MD.
