Virginia Jansch Bronson departed from her large family, united in their love and care for her, on August 1, 2020, just as she had long loved and cared for them.  Married for 67 years, and friends for over 70, she is survived by her husband Glenn.

Ginny, as she was known in high school, was artistically talented and a stellar student with a keen intellect.  Her creative and pragmatic wisdom proved to be a solid asset everywhere she worked, and during the most difficult of times, her family could rely on her to provide calm and steadfast guidance.  Whenever anyone was afraid, she would send out a special wink of her eye that instantly told you that things would turn out OK.

A mother, who always gave wonderful hugs and encouragement to her five children, she is survived by Edward, Cheryl, Ellen, Bob, and Greg and their five caring spouses Diane, Mark, Andy, Nicki, and Ann, respectively.  Known simply as Grammy to her 12 grandchildren and to those who already had spouses, and as Grammy Bronson to her 12 great-grandchildren (and a 13 ^th she knew was on the way), she will also be sorely missed by: Kelly and Dan (Evan and Alex); Valerie and Jeff (Gianni and Amelia); Kirsten and Ken (Kahlan, Espen and Eowyn); Kaitlin and Andy (Evelyn and Miles); Eric and Kierianne (Eleanor); Erin and Lee (Lucy); Kevin and Danielle (expecting); Marta and Douglass (Mathilde); Adam; Patrick; Shannon; and Hannah.  She is also survived by one sister-in-law, three brothers-in-law, four nieces, four nephews, and their families.

She was predeceased by her beloved parents and son-in-law, Michael, her only sister, Anita, and Anita's first husband and oldest son.

We all trust that Virginia will continue to love and assist us as best she can whenever we have a need until we too can join our many other family members with whom she is now reunited.  A memorial service will take place when Virginia's family can once again gather together.
