One this Mrs. Logan wanted everyone to know is she is a child of God and she loved to praise and worship the Lord. My mother was loved and respected no matter if she was teaching in the public schools of La Puente, CA or singing and playing the piano for various churches and choirs.
The Lord called Sis. Logan home on January 5, 2012. My mother's presence will be missed but I know she is in a far better place. There is no doubt that I would not be who I am without the love, guidance, encouragement and most of all a Christian up-bringing that my mother showed me all of my life.
Family and friends are invited to share the memories on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 between the hours of 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. at the Colonial Funeral Home, 201 Edwards Ferry Road NE, Leesburg, VA 20176. Services will follow starting at 11:00 a.m. with Bishop Patterson officiating. Burial will be held in Victor Valley Memorial Park, Victorville, California.
