Virginia Quesenberry McKimmey, 77, passed away on June 22, 2008. Mrs McKimmey was born in Lucketts, Va. on August 26, 1930 to William Scott and Rosa Hollandsworth Quesenberry.

A homemaker, she made her home on their farm in Lucketts with her husband, the late Harold Lee McKimmey.

Left to carry on her memories are her daughters and son-in-laws, Brenda and Richard Herndon and Angel and Donnie Pratt. Mrs. McKimmey was the grandmother to Lindsay Pressley, Joshua, Zeediah, Genevieve and Joelle Pratt, Christopher Herndon, Courtney Andres and Erin Pierce.

Also surviving are her brothers James Quesenberry of Roanoke, VA, Verlie Quesenberry, Junior Quesenberry and Abie Quesenberry all of Lucketts,VA and Archie Quesenberry of Roanoke, VA along with her sisters Lucille Cooper of Leesburg VA and Lorraine Loy of Clarksburg, MD.

Friends and family may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday evening, June 25,2008 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A service will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at 2:00 pm with the Reverend Wayne Blaser and Pastor Bob Donahue officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Union Cemetery in Leesburg, VA.
