Warren Gray Bodkin, III Warren G. "Buzz" Bodkin, 80 of Bunker Hill, W Va passed away at Heritage Hall Leesburg, VA after an extended battle with Alzheimer's/Dementia. Born August 9, 1934 in Weston, W Va, Warren is preceded in death by his parents, Mary Orr and Warren G. Bodkin II, his brother John Joseph "Jake" Bodkin, and sister, Cecelia "Sudy" Bodkin Woodward. Warren is survived by his sister, Mathilda Bosely Bodkin of Arlington,Va, brother, Robin Orr Bodkin, of Baltimore, MD, four children; Gregory Bodkin and wife Jill of Sevierville, Shawn Bodkin and wife Alison of Germantown, TN, Marra Bodkin of Morgantown, WV, David Bodkin of Panama City, FL and step-son, Jerome Sweeney of Baltimore/DC area. He also had eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A graduate of South Charleston High School, and West Virginia University, Warren was an educator for more than 20 years. He later became a carpenter and retired from Carpenters Local 132 of Washington D.C. He loved to travel and especially enjoyed the ocean, fishing and golfing. He made his home in Florida many times over the years, but spent his final years in his beloved West Virginia. A private memorial service and interment will be held at Little Kanawha Memorial Gardens in Heaters, West Virgina on October 22, 2016.
