Costello William J. (Bill) of Leesburg, VA died Wednesday, November 27,2013, after a 10 month long illness. Born in Dobbs Ferry, New York ,on August 13, 1929. He was predeceased by his sister, Judy, and a brother, Joseph Retired from the New York Bell Telephone Company after 35 years. Bill is survived by his wife, of 55years, Lorraine, daughter, Christine, grand children , Jacob And Dana, son-in-law, Karl Hessinger. While living in Paramus, he was chairman of the Elks Handicapped Children's Comm. for many years, a member of the Paramus Board of Adjustments and the 4th of July Parade Comm.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 3rd 10:30 am, at St. John the Apostle Church, Leesburg, VA.
Burial will take place immediately following at Lake View Cemetery, Hamilton, VA.
