William G. Jerrell of Leesburg, Va went to be with the Lord on July 19, 2013, with his family by his side. He was born August 22, 1934 in Port Elizabeth, NJ
He was predeceased by his parents Melvin Linwood Jerrell and Evelyn Miller, and son, Alan Linwood Jerrell.
He is survived by his wife Alice of 60 years, son William S. Jerrell of Leesburg, Va, and daughter Teresa Sutton of Frederick, MD, three grandchildren, Jennifer Jerrell, Jason Jerrell and Cody Klarman, and three great grandchildren and good friend Sandra.
He served in the U.S. Army and retired from Exxon with 30 years of service, and 15 years as a Loudoun County Public School Bus Driver.
In his spare time he loved to travel with his family and dog Max.
He was a long time member of the Leesburg Church of the Nazarene which his grandfather, Rev. Stewart P. Fox was founder of in 1945.
Viewing will be at Colonial Funeral Home in Leesburg, Va Monday, July 22, 2013 from 6 - 8 pm.
Funeral services will be held at Leesburg Church of the Nazarene July 23, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Hillsboro Cemetery.
