William Wallace Parmeter, a self-employed painting contractor of Sterling, VA passed away on May 6, 2008. He is survived by his wife Ilene (Hutchinson) Parmeter and children, Paul Parmeter of Leesburg, VA, Christine Kreitler of Sterling, VA and Carmen Parmeter of Ashburn, VA along with 7 grandchildren. Mr. Parmeter is also survived by his sister, Ruth Seeber of PA.

Born in Lincoln, NY, he was the son of the late James and Elsie (Christman) Parmeter. He was predeceased by his brothers, James and Clifford Parmeter and sisters, June Morris and Mabel Meyers.

Mr. Morris served in the USMC during the Korean War.

Friends may visit with the family at Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg on May 9, 2008 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm with a service starting at 2:00 pm. An internment will follow the service at the Sterling Cemetery in Sterling, VA.
