Winifred S. Rapp of Leesburg, VA passed away on July 8, 2012 while residing at INOVA Loudoun Long Term Care. Mrs. Rapp was 87 years old. Born in Athens, Alabama she was the daughter of the late Walter and Winifred (McLeod) Swallow. She was married to John Woodford Rapp who passed away on January 21, 2012. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. A service will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later time.
